The Goods

We endeavor to give as much technical information as is reasonable about the products we sell. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If you require more information on an item it is always advisable for you to contact us BEFORE purchase.

Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. Errors like these are very unusual, and we will always inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Payment Methods

All online payments are processed by our Encrypted and secure credit/debit card gateway. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card payment has been properly received.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for them, and we will refund any money already paid. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. If an item is known to us as out of stock then it will clearly state this on our website.

Refunds & Returns

Refund & Return requests will be accepted if they meet the following requirements, requests can be sent via our Contact/Ticket support system.

Returns are accepted if there are problems with items on receipt of order. Please check your items thoroughly once received as requests after 7 days of receipt may be rejected. (Special circumstances may be considered)

Cancellations  mistaken orders/errors are accepted for cancellation within 5 days, after this point items are likely to be posted and would need to be turned into a return request.

Damages on arrival will most likely re resolved via replacements but refunds are a possible option in special circumstances.

Mods/Replacement parts being DIY in nature will only be considered for refund if packaging is intact, this policy excludes postal damages (read above).

No extended warranty on items unless stated, due to the nature of ageing retro hardware.


No warranty on games, consoles, mods or parts unless stated otherwise.

We do not take kindly to fraudulent orders and will take every action in our power to ensure stability of our website, reputation and payment accounts.

If we think fraudulent action may be taking place we will return the funds and deny service. 

We retain the right to deny service to anyone, at any time for any reason.
